About Us

Since 2012, Valeur Fabtex Private Limited, An implementing agency has been working with the Indian government to provide skill training and education programs, We focus on several key areas:

  • Developing vocational skills: We create and run training programs under various government schemes aligned with NSQF; National Skills Qualification Frame Work.
  • Integrating skills with education: We partner with schools under the "Samagra Shiksha" scheme to combine practical skills with academic learning, preparing students for future jobs in programs like CSS VHSE and targeted programs for out-of-school children.

The Central government's flagship skill development programme, the Pradhan MantriKaushalVikasYojana, has transformed the skill training landscape in India by a great extent. This is the story of BhaskarPatir who grew up in a poor family and lost his father when he was in class twelve. Due to this, he had to drop his studies and started to look for jobs to support his family. Since he could not pursue higher studies, he lost all hopes of getting a good job and felt completely demotivated.

The Central government's flagship skill development programme, the Pradhan MantriKaushalVikasYojana, has transformed the skill training landscape in India by a great extent. Son of a small shop owner, MojammilHaque belong to the Backward class and came from lower economic strate of the society. As one of the three children, the family had a tough time for survival. The total family income of Rs. 9000 was not enough to make both ends meet and his father had to struggle to provide two meals and clothing for the family.

Champak Deka, who hails from BaihataChariali, Kamrup (R), was brought up in an economically poor family. His father worked as a Carpenter, and due to his meagre wages, Champak had to undertake part-time jobs, such as courier delivery boy, electrician, etc. along with completing his class 12 board exams.
